Overnight Fulfillment Pharmacy Technician (Closed-Door)

Mon-Fri | 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM Overview Join a high-volume, closed-door mail-order pharmacy supporting complex patients through an automated, pharmacy-at-home model. This overnight role focuses on accurate, efficient medication fulfillment in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate and refill automated pill dispensing (ATP) machines Fill, package, and prepare prescriptions for shipment Rotate across fulfillment line stations (high-volume workflow) Verify medication details (drug, dosage, quantity) Meet daily production and quality goals Use pharmacy systems to process and track orders Follow all safety, quality, and HIPAA standards Requirements Active Texas Pharmacy Technician license Pharmacy tech experience (retail, hospital, or mail order) High school diploma or GED PTCB/CPhT certification Mail-order, central fill, or automation experience Work Environment Closed-door, non-retail setting (no direct patient interaction) 4-6 weeks of paid training provided Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
