Responsibilities:
Assist the Pharmacist In Charge with daily functions. Supervise Data Entry and Customer Service Technicians to ensure productivity standards are met. Allocate staffing resources based on current workflow. Review and enter new orders for staff pharmacist review. Responsible for pharmacy standards, maintained and adherence policies. Complies with departmental policies regarding safety, attendance, and dress code. Complete any other task assigned by the Pharmacist In Charge.
Qualifications:
Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Texas required. Previous pharmacy experience preferred. Previous data entry experience preferred. Must be reliable and execute multiple tasks assigned. Good organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to physically perform light lifting. Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently. Knowledge of SIG-Codes. Quick typing skills. Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
