Full-Time Overview We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technicians to join a fast-paced and compliant sterile compounding environment. This role is essential in preparing customized sterile medications for patient care, ensuring accuracy, safety, and adherence to regulatory standards. Technicians will work in the IV cleanroom suite , support daily compounding operations, maintain inventory, assist with quality control, and ensure compliance with USP and USP regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and compound sterile medications according to formulation logs Measure, weigh, count, and mix pharmaceutical ingredients Maintain accurate patient and medication records, including lot numbers & expiration dates Operate sterile compounding equipment (including repeater pumps) Maintain clean room standards per USP 797 Sterilize and clean equipment using autoclaves or dry heat ovens Complete inventory management and documentation (labels, logs, reports) Meet efficiency and quality standards consistently Participate in glove fingertip and media-fill testing Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements Active Texas Pharmacy Technician License (Required) Minimum 1 year of sterile compounding experience Strong understanding of sterile compounding principles and clean-room protocols Ability to work in a Category 3 clean room High attention to detail, accuracy, and productivity Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance
