Sterile I.V. Certified Compounding Pharmacy Technician PM Shift

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented I.V. Certified Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join our healthcare team for the PM shift. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the pharmacy department by ensuring the safe and effective compounding of sterile medications under the supervision of a pharmacist. This position requires strong knowledge of aseptic techniques, and attention to details. The Certified Pharmacy Technician will work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient service. Responsibilities Prepare and compound medications accurately under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist. Assist in IV infusion preparation and ensure adherence to aseptic techniques. Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles. Provide critical care support by assisting with medication management for patients in acute care settings. Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Participate in inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking medications as needed. Perform any other job duties assigned. Qualifications Experience in sterile compounding a plus. Proficiency in aseptic technique for IV infusion preparation is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this role.
