Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract A fast-paced production and fulfillment role is available for Pharmacy Technicians in Kyle, TX. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to build experience in a closed-door pharmacy environment, ideal for candidates with a retail background seeking to diversify their skills.
Start Dates:
June 1 June 8 June 15
Schedule:
8 am start, five 8-hour shifts per week Flexible start times at 9 am or 10 am may be requested
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in a high-volume setting Prepare and package prescriptions for courier pick-up and delivery Maintain compliance with pharmacy protocols and safety standards
Desired Qualifications:
Current Texas Pharmacy Technician license required National certification is a plus Experience with Pioneer Rx software preferred, though not mandatory Prior retail pharmacy experience highly valued for this role Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment This contract role spans approximately 8 to 12 weeks, with potential to transition to a permanent position based on performance and mutual interest. This position offers hands-on experience in a specialized pharmacy setting, ideal for technicians looking to enhance their professional portfolio.
