Job Description

Pharmacy Technician Location:
Plano, TX | Onsite Compensation & Schedule $21.00 per hour Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm; Friday 8:30am-4:00pm Contract (W-2) Role Impact The Pharmacy Technician supports centralized pharmacy operations to ensure patients receive medications accurately and on time. This role directly impacts patient safety, treatment plan adherence, and operational efficiency. Success is measured by accuracy in medication dispensing, inventory control, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the fulfillment and dispensing of patient medication orders under pharmacist supervision Support inventory management, including stocking, tracking, and maintaining medication supplies Ensure accuracy and compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal safety protocols Facilitate patient medication orders to promote adherence to prescribed treatment plans Move between workstations as needed to maintain workflow and productivity Licenses & Certifications Active Pharmacy Technician registration or certification (as required by Texas State Board of Pharmacy) Ability to work under pharmacist supervision in a regulated healthcare environment Clinical Skill Set Medication dispensing and labeling Prescription order processing Inventory management and stock control Patient safety and compliance protocols Central fill pharmacy operations Preferred Skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Flexible and able to transition between workstations as needed Legal Notice By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
