Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Contract To Hire An opportunity is available for an experienced Pharmacy Technician specializing in IV/infusion to support a growing home infusion service line. This role emphasizes sterile compounding, including TPNs and antibiotics, and contributes to patient care improvements within a reputable healthcare system with multiple hospitals and home infusion sites.

ASAP Key Responsibilities:
Prepare IVs, TPNs, and other sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision Maintain strict quality assurance in compliance with departmental and legal standards Train new team members when required Participate in clinical initiatives to enhance patient care outcomes Perform additional pharmacy technician duties related to sterile compounding as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of strong IV/infusion experience, preferably in a home infusion setting; inpatient IV experience considered Valid VA Pharmacy Technician license and national certification Proficiency with EPIC system Demonstrated ability to work accurately in sterile compounding environments This contract to hire position offers a chance to advance your expertise within a respected health system known for quality care.
