This contract position involves supporting infusion services at healthcare facilities that operate multiple infusion sites. As a Pharmacy Technician with IV certification, you will play a crucial role in preparing and providing home infusion therapies to patients, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and manage intravenous (IV) medications and home infusion therapies with strict adherence to protocols. Assist pharmacists in dispensing and verifying prescriptions related to infusion treatments. Monitor inventory and maintain proper storage of infusion supplies and medications. Educate patients under pharmacist supervision about infusion therapy procedures and equipment. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely and safe delivery of medication to patients' homes. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to infusion therapy preparations.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) with valid IV certification. Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy settings.
