4+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail/outpatient setting Experience assisting patients on phone and in person Experience processing refills Maintaining and ordering medications and supplies Counting meds, creating labels and filling prescriptions Strong computer skills and ability to verify insurance Experience following up on rejected prescriptions Strong customer service skills Handling high volume data entry Comfortable working in a very fast paced environment Active Pharm Tech license in the state of VA If not certified in the state of Virginia must be nationally certified and willing to become state certified

DUTIES:
