Job Description Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and dispense medications accurately according to physician orders and pharmacy protocols Support inpatient medication distribution and inventory management processes Prepare sterile and non-sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision Assist with IV admixture preparation and aseptic compounding techniques Support chemotherapy preparation when applicable and within scope Utilize automated medication dispensing systems, including Pyxis Perform medication packaging, labeling, and order entry activities Maintain medication storage areas and ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, and healthcare teams to ensure timely medication delivery and patient care support Assist with inventory control, medication restocking, and expiration monitoring
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy experience Active CPhT Certification HL01
Pay:
$1,500.00 - $2,000.00 per week
