• in good standing + Excellent written and verbal customer service skills + Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Responsibilities
• + Handle incoming calls from members, providers, and other healthcare professionals + Provide professional phone support through the criteria-based prior authorization process + Transfer clinical questions and judgment-based inquiries to the pharmacist + Maintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation and inventory records + Support pharmacy production operations and workflow
