Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. In this role, you will assist the pharmacist with preparing and dispensing medications, supporting customers, and ensuring the pharmacy operates efficiently while maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription medications Accurately enter prescription information into the pharmacy system Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues when needed Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients Maintain accurate patient records and medication inventory Handle incoming calls and assist with prescription inquiries Ensure the pharmacy workspace remains clean, organized, and compliant with regulations Follow all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Required Qualifications:
Pharmacy Technician certification or registration (as required by state law) High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic computer and data entry skills
Preferred Qualifications:
