Job Description

Category Pharmacy - Pharmacy Technician Job Type Per Diem A healthcare provider in Woodland, WA is seeking a Per Diem Pharmacy Technician to support their team. This role involves accurately distributing medications prescribed by licensed practitioners and offering valuable information to patients regarding their prescriptions. Strong customer service skills are essential to ensure a positive experience for all pharmacy customers.
Schedule/Hours:
Monday through Friday, June 8-12, 2026 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9 hours per day)
Key Responsibilities:
Dispense prescribed medications according to physician or practitioner orders Educate customers on proper medication usage and potential side effects Maintain attention to detail while handling prescriptions and inventory Deliver excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally
Desired Qualifications:
Current Pharmacy Technician license in Washington State Experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings preferred Ability to work independently during assigned shifts Strong communication and organizational skills This opportunity is well-suited for licensed pharmacy technicians who are available to work on a per diem basis and are looking to contribute to patient care in a pharmacy setting.
