This position is responsible for order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurate shipments for our customers. Responsibilities Fill prescriptions and orders as written in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions Verify details of the order are correct prior to final pharmacist verification Label, assembly, package and ship products to customers Coordinate with team counterparts in the Customer Experience Center to provide superior service to clientele regarding turnaround time and additional customer expectations Assist with inventory management Clean and maintain the pharmacy workspace Assist with interdepartmental communication Abide by all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to job title. Follow all state and federal regulations pertaining to prescription dispensing Abide by company privacy policy Performs other duties as may be assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to lift (up to 25 pounds) and repetitious physical activity. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent. PTCB certification is preferred if not a state requirement. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to identify problems and work to resolve issues Must be able to read, understand SOPs and all guidelines as they relate to the process Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability to utilize various software programs Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technological devices assigned Ability to work in a team environment Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus Experience working in a customer service environment is a plus Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants. Pay Range - $19-$21
