Job Type:

Part-Time / PRN (Per-Patient Pay) Job Overview T&G Medical Lab is hiring a dependable contractor to primarily complete ExamOne appointments Monday-Friday , along with occasional DNA collections and drug testing services . This is a flexible, per-appointment role — you are NOT required to sit in an office between clients. You may leave between appointments as long as you are available and on time for scheduled patients. Pay Structure (Please Read Carefully) This is NOT hourly pay . You are paid per completed service.

ExamOne Appointments:

$17.50 per completed exam

No-Show Patients:

$15 per confirmed attempt

DNA Collections:

$10 per completed test Drug Testing (as needed): Pay varies depending on service and client ✔ Paid per job completed (PRN pay) ✔ Monthly payouts (based on when T&G receives payment) ✔ More availability = more income Example Pay (Realistic Day) 3 completed exams = $52.50 1 no-show = +$15 1 DNA collection = +$10 Total for the day: ~$77.50 Schedule & Flexibility Monday-Friday (PRN / part-time) Appointments scheduled in advance + occasional same-day requests You are free between appointments (no sitting in office required) Must be ready and available when a patient is scheduled Important Note About This Role This position is best suited as supplemental or side income . It is not guaranteed full-time hours and should not be relied on as a primary source of income. Responsibilities Perform mobile and in-facility specimen collections Complete ExamOne appointments accurately and on time Conduct DNA collections and drug screens when assigned Proper labeling, documentation, and specimen handling Communicate promptly with patients and team Requirements Phlebotomy experience

REQUIRED
