In this role, you'll be on the front lines of patient interaction—providing compassionate service, collecting high‑quality specimens, and supporting critical diagnostic testing that helps guide life‑changing medical decisions.

  • What You'll Do
  • Perform venipuncture and capillary collections on pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients
  • Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for transport
  • Verify patient demographics and obtain required signatures to ensure specimen accuracy
  • Maintain detailed documentation and adhere to established procedures
  • Provide clear explanations to patients, fostering trust and confidence
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment
  • Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection as needed
  • Travel to multiple sites and provide coverage with minimal notice when required
  • What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
  • Phlebotomy certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric collections
  • Prior experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
  • Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with data entry and basic computer skills
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
