M-F, 8:00am-5:00pm Why This Role Matters As a Phlebotomist, you play a key role in ensuring patients receive accurate and timely diagnostic results. Your technical expertise and patient-first approach help create a safe, efficient, and positive healthcare experience. What You'll Do Perform blood draws on patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric populations Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established procedures Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling in the patient's presence Maintain accurate records and documentation for all procedures Travel between patient service centers and physician offices as needed Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism What We're Looking For A current, up-to-date resume High school diploma or equivalent required 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections Patient Service Center experience preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations Keyboard and data entry proficiency Ability to meet compliance requirements What's In it For You Consistent weekday schedule supporting work-life balance Opportunity to build and expand your clinical skillset Exposure to diverse patient populations and care settings Potential pathway to long-term employment Supportive, team-oriented work environment Benefits for Manpower Associates (Upon Eligibility) Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for: Medical and Prescription Drug Plans Dental Plan Supplemental Life Insurance Short Term Disability Insurance 401(k)
