Job Description

Apply Description This position is for a Field Laboratory Phlebotomist. This position covers an addiction recovery clinic that will collect and process urine and some blood specimens.
START DATE
6/23/2026 Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch) (40 hours per week) The phlebotomist will perform the following duties while delivering superior customer service:
  • 1 year phlebotomy experience preferred
  • Collection of urine samples and complete all required paperwork with patient present.
  • Perform blood draws on addiction recovery patients
  • Take inventory of sampling supplies and ordering as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy in all documentation.
  • Follow HIPAA policies.
  • Must work efficiently with a team of addiction recovery professionals.
