Part-Time Schedule:
Wednesday-Thursday-Friday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM. Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Part-Time Mobile Phlebotomist, where your expertise will directly impact patient care by providing convenient, high-quality blood collection services in various community settings. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work independently while delivering compassionate service, ensuring patients feel comfortable and cared for during their specimen collection experience. As a key member of our mobile healthcare team, you will travel to patient locations, including homes and clinics, to perform blood sampling with precision and professionalism. Duties Travel to patient locations to perform blood draws and specimen collection efficiently and safely. Obtain accurate patient information and ensure proper identification before sample collection. Follow strict aseptic techniques and laboratory procedures to maintain sample integrity. Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature when necessary. Process and label specimens correctly for laboratory testing, ensuring timely delivery to the lab. Maintain detailed documentation of each procedure, including patient details and sample specifics. Communicate clearly with patients to explain procedures, answer questions, and provide reassurance throughout the process. Qualifications CPT-1 Experience One (1) year phlebotomy experience preferred. Education High School education, GED, or equivalent. State of California Certified Phlebotomy Technician 1 (CPT-1) required.
