Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. Ideal candidate will be responsible for performing venipunctures, accurately labeling and processing specimens, ensuring patient comfort and safety, performing drug screens for pre employment, strong attention to detail, collecting DNA buccal swabs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following all safety and infection protocols. Duties Perform venipunctures, aliquoting, and packaging specimens DOT and Non - DOT drug testing collections Breath Alcohol test collection Collection for DNA test ( buccal swabs, venipuncture, or blood spots ) Scheduling appointments Placing order for lab work - Quanom and Access Medical Labs Properly identify patients and label specimens accurately Communicate efficiently with patients, and laboratory staff Assist in filing documents properly, faxing lab orders, and email communication. Inventory Hair and Nail drug testing collections Job Requirements 6 month experience (required) Must have CPT I or CPT II (NHA not accepted) Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and team workplace environment Must be available on Saturdays ( required ) Bilingual ( preferred ) Non patient facing task - emails, phone calls, scheduling appointment's, stock supplies, assisting wherever needed.
