We empower patients to take control of their health by providing affordable, convenient lab testing — no doctor's referral required. Our Pleasanton lab is the newest addition to the network, privately owned and independently operated. We're currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team and help us deliver exceptional care. Responsibilities Welcoming patients and providing outstanding customer service. Collecting and processing lab specimens, including venipuncture blood draws (phlebotomy). Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality. Preparing and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Taking a lead role in onboarding, mentoring, and supporting junior staff as our team grows Partnering with management on performance goals, workflow improvements, and business development Skills At least 3 years of experience as a CA certified phlebotomist or registered nurse Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - in person, on the phone, as well as written A natural ability to put patients at ease, listen to their needs, and guide them toward the right lab tests with confidence and care Drive to lead and deliver exceptional results Ready to take the next step in your career?
