About the Role MiSalud Health brings preventive health screenings directly to employer sites in and around Monterey County, CA. We are hiring bilingual phlebotomists for our mobile CLIA-waived screening program, launching March 2026. In this role, you will travel to employer sites with portable diagnostic equipment, performing fingerstick blood draws and health screenings for Spanish- and English-speaking workers. This position is mostly fingerstick capillary collection and potentially venipuncture with a typical day involving approximately 30 patient encounters at a single location. What Actually Matters to
Us Clinical Precision:
You perform fingerstick screenings using four POC devices and collect vitals including blood pressure, height, weight, BMI, and waist measurements.
Compassionate Communication:
You explain the purpose, procedures, and results of screenings to patients fluently in both Spanish and English.
Operational Integrity:
You maintain quality through daily QC checks on all devices, equipment setup, and consumable tracking.
Extreme Ownership:
You handle all documentation, including EHR data entry, QC logs, incident reporting, and medical waste disposal. What You'll Work With You will operate high-quality portable equipment provided by

Devices and Tests:
Abbott Afinion 2 (HbA1c), Abbott Cholestech LDX (Lipid Panel + Glucose + TG), and Abbott iSTAT 1 (Creatinine/eGFR).
Vital Screenings:
BP, Weight, Height, BMI, Waist circumference.
