Phlebotomist/Lab Assistant - Hospital Laboratory | Templeton, CA InSync Consulting is hiring Laboratory Assistants for an 8-week contract in Templeton, California. This is a great opportunity for experienced laboratory professionals with Epic experience looking for a short-term assignment in a hospital setting. Requirements:
Previous experience as a Laboratory Assistant or Laboratory Technician MUST have Epic experience, required Experience with specimen collection, processing, and accessioning Current BLS certification preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Job Duties:
Collect, receive, label, and process patient specimens according to laboratory protocols Perform specimen accessioning and data entry utilizing Epic Prepare specimens for testing and transport to appropriate laboratory departments Maintain accurate patient and specimen records Assist laboratory staff with inventory management and supply stocking Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance procedures Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare staff Why InSync Consulting?
