The position will consist of mostly back office duties, including rooming the patients, taking vital signs, drawing blood, monitoring the fax inbox, working on prior authorizations, responding to messages, and other medical assistant duties. Because we are a small practice, we are looking for someone who is willing to do both front and back office duties. Other responsibilities would include answering phone calls, scheduling patients, helping with scanning, and anything else needed for the patients and the staff. Looking for a reliable person with experience in medical assisting and phlebotomy.

Hours:

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm with 1 hr lunch break, Friday mornings 8am-12pm
