Job Title:
Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant with IV Experience with atleast 2 years Experience As a Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant with IV experience, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while ensuring the highest standards of laboratory procedures. Your expertise in specimen collection, processing, and patient interaction will contribute significantly to the overall health and well-being of our patients. Join us in making a difference! What you'll do Perform venipuncture and blood sampling with precision and care, adhering to aseptic techniques. Collect and process specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols. Monitor and record vital signs, providing essential information for patient assessments. Assist in clinical procedures, utilizing your knowledge of anatomy and physiology to support patient care. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while following safety regulations and best practices. Communicate effectively with patients to provide excellent service and address any concerns regarding procedures. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient flow and optimal care delivery. Stay updated on medical terminology and laboratory techniques to enhance your skills continuously. IV Experience Basic qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in phlebotomy and IV medical assisting within a clinical setting. Please do not apply if don't have atleast 2 years experience with phlebotomy and IV. Preferred qualifications Proficient in laboratory procedures and techniques related to specimen collection and processing. Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to patient care and laboratory operations. Prior experience in a clinical laboratory environment is highly desirable.
