Position Overview GTI Laboratories is seeking a Full-Time In-Clinic Phlebotomist to support one of our partner clinics located on West Abriendo Avenue in Pueblo, Colorado. This role is ideal for an experienced phlebotomist who enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical setting while maintaining a strong focus on quality, professionalism, and patient experience. You will be responsible for collecting blood and other specimens for toxicology, pathology, medication management, and additional diagnostic testing while ensuring all specimens are handled according to laboratory and regulatory standards. What You'll Do Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens for pathology, toxicology, medication management, and other laboratory testing Collect urine and additional specimens as required Provide a professional, efficient, and compassionate experience for patients Verify patient identity and ensure accurate specimen labeling Complete requisitions and supporting documentation accurately and thoroughly Follow all laboratory SOPs, HIPAA requirements, and safety protocols Maintain specimen integrity through proper handling, storage, and transport procedures Track and document specimens using approved manifests and logs Identify and communicate collection issues, discrepancies, or concerns Collaborate with clinic staff and GTI team members to ensure smooth daily operations Participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives Schedule & Location This is a full-time, in-clinic position with a consistent weekly schedule:

5:00 AM - 1:00 PM No mobile travel required. What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED (required) Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) (required) Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (clinical setting preferred) Strong venipuncture skills and specimen collection experience Experience working directly with patients in a healthcare setting High attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while remaining a collaborative team member Basic proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Dependable, organized, and patient-focused
Pay & Benefits Pay:
