  • As a Phlebotomist, you play a vital role in delivering reliable diagnostic results while representing the organization with professionalism and compassion. As a floater, your flexibility and expertise help ensure continuity of care across patient service centers and provider offices, even as staffing needs change.
  • What You'll Do
  • Perform daily phlebotomy and specimen processing activities accurately and on time
  • Collect both clinical and forensic specimens following established practices and procedures
  • Verify patient demographics and specimen labeling at the time of collection, including patient signature post‑venipuncture
  • Maintain required records and documentation with a strong focus on confidentiality and accuracy
  • Create and maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients
  • Promote a positive image to patients, clients, employees, and the public
  • What We're Looking For
  • A current, up-to-date resume
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
  • Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision
  • Strong organizational skills in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and travel to multiple locations with minimal notice
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable
  • Keyboarding and data entry experience
  • Ability to meet compliance requirements
