Job Description:
The Phlebotomist III- Float serves as the primary point of contact for patients seeking routine testing or critical health insights. This role is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens and preparing them for laboratory testing while strictly adhering to established policies, procedures, and safety standards. The Phlebotomist III
- Float has direct patient interaction and is expected to create a professional, calm, and trusting environment by clearly explaining procedures and performing venipuncture in a safe, accurate, and skillful manner.
- Float demonstrates leadership behaviors with a strong focus on process excellence, patient confidentiality, and accuracy of patient information.
- Float may support high-complexity and high-volume practices that require advanced phlebotomy skills and exceptional customer service.
