Job Description
United Services, Inc. is a leading non-profit provider of behavioral health and social services in northeastern Connecticut. Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist United Services is looking to hire full-time a Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in our Primary Care program which is part of the Comprehensive Services Division. Comprehensive Services' goal is to help transform community behavioral health systems and provide comprehensive, coordinated behavioral health care and medical care. The focus is on integrating care throughout the behavioral and medical health system to benefit individuals meet their recovery goals. Comprehensive Services focuses on delivering person-centered care. Education:
Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required. Appropriate experience in Phlebotomy required. Completion of Phlebotomy program preferred.Experience:
Previous experience working with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system required. Two years of experience working in a medical setting required. Two years of experience in primary care setting with similar volume preferred.Certification:
First Aid and CPR certification National Certification (NCCT or ASCP) or equivalent preferredBenefits:
