Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable, patient-focused Phlebotomist to join our growing healthcare team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable working directly with patients in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood draws on patients of all ages Properly label, process, and prepare specimens for transport Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Provide a calm, professional, and reassuring experience for patients Maintain a clean and organized work area Communicate effectively with providers and clinical staff Qualifications Phlebotomy certification required Previous phlebotomy experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent bedside manner and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and punctuality What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Supportive team environment Consistent schedule Opportunity for growth within the practice
