Minimum Requirements:

High School diploma or its equivalent Successful completion of Phlebotomist training with subsequent certification (if applicable) as a Phlebotomist Minimum of one year relevant experience preferred Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of age Position is open for potential backfills and continued sourcing... may not be positions available at this time...Please do not submit candidates that do not have at least 1 year of inpatient Phlebotomy Experience. Phlebs will start off with 2 weeks of training on day shift 6am

• Newark, DE. This training is mandatory for all Phlebs joining the program. No training days can be missed throughout the training or they will be removed from the cohort. Inpatient Phleb
