This position is ideal for someone seeking flexible supplemental income, per diem healthcare work, or short scheduled shifts in a professional outpatient setting.
Position Details:
Per Diem / PRN (As Needed) Flexible 2-4 hour shifts based on patient demand Appointment-based scheduling $16/hour $40 minimum guaranteed per scheduled shift Boca Raton location with potential mobile opportunities
Responsibilities:
Perform venipuncture and specimen collection Process and prepare specimens for laboratory pickup Maintain accurate specimen labeling and documentation Assist with patient intake and clinic workflow as needed Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and patient comfort Follow safety and infection control procedures
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience required Strong communication and reliability Comfortable in a patient-facing outpatient environment Dependable transportation and flexible availability Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
