$16/hour + performance incentives + $30/mobile trip ⸻ Overview Avendano Health Medical Wellness & Lab is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented phlebotomist to operate our in-office lab during morning hours. This is a low-volume, highly structured environment where you will work independently and take full ownership of clinical and operational tasks during your shift. Strong computer literacy is essential — this role involves daily use of multiple lab portals, scheduling systems, and shipment coordination tools. Additional per diem mobile phlebotomy opportunities are also available throughout Boca Raton, Delray Beach, and Deerfield Beach. ⸻
Schedule In-Office Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM 16 hours per week
Additional Mobile Opportunities:
Per diem / as-needed mobile phlebotomy trips throughout nearby South Florida service areas. ⸻ Compensation $16/hour (base in-office rate) $30 per local mobile phlebotomy trip Monthly recurring incentives: $5-$10 per medication patient (ongoing) 25% of profit from any partnerships you bring in Performance-based raises as patient volume grows ⸻ Role Overview You will often be the sole staff member on-site during your shift, responsible for: Patient blood draws Specimen processing Shipment coordination Managing digital workflows across multiple systems This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and highly accountable. ⸻ Patient Workflow & Systems You will work with multiple platforms daily: 1. Rupa Health (Specialty Kits) Draw blood, centrifuge, label Package and ship via FedEx/UPS 2. MOMS (My One Medical Source) Similar workflow to Rupa Includes provider portal tracking 3. Ulta Lab Tests Blood draws for Quest Diagnostics pickup Managed through online portal 4. Direct Website Patients Pre-booked and prepaid online Minimal admin required ⸻ Technology & Operations Fully automated booking and payment system No in-office transactions Daily use of: Lab portals (MOMS, Rupa, Ulta Lab Tests) Shipping systems (FedEx/UPS scheduling) Digital patient tracking tools You MUST be comfortable navigating multiple systems quickly and accurately. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture safely and efficiently Accurately label and process specimens (critical) Centrifuge and prepare samples Package and coordinate shipments Schedule courier pickups (Quest, FedEx, UPS) Maintain clean, organized lab environment Assist with patient experience and review collection Perform local mobile blood draw visits as needed ⸻ Requirements Phlebotomy certification required Proven venipuncture experience Strong computer literacy (REQUIRED) Ability to learn and manage multiple online systems High attention to detail (zero tolerance for labeling errors) Ability to work independently without supervision Reliable transportation and punctuality Professional communication skills ⸻ Languages English required.
