Monday-Friday w/ Rotational Saturday 6am-3pm and 6am-10am every 3rd Saturday.Duration:
3Months Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) serves as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a professional, supportive, and trustworthy experience. This role involves collecting high-quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, and maintaining strict adherence to established procedures. The PSR I communicates effectively with patients, explains procedures clearly, and ensures accuracy, safety, and confidentiality at all times.Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily tasks accurately and within designated timelines under supervisor guidance Collect blood specimens using proper phlebotomy techniques (including pediatric and geriatric patients) Prepare and process clinical and forensic specimens according to established protocols Maintain accurate records, documentation, and patient information Ensure a safe, clean, and professional work environment Communicate procedures clearly to patients to build trust and confidence Uphold confidentiality and ensure data accuracy Demonstrate organizational values and promote a positive company imageCore Competencies:

Ability to deliver error-free work under time constraints Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, overtime, and on-call shifts as needed Proficiency in data entry and basic computer/keyboard skillsEducation:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) Medical assistant or paramedic training (preferred) Phlebotomy certification (preferred; required in certain regions)Experience:
