From $18.00 per hour Job Description Job Overview Thrive Screening Solutions is seeking a dependable and professional Phlebotomist / Patient Care Assistant to support our growing occupational health and screening services team. This role involves patient interaction, specimen collection, assisting with routine health screenings, and supporting daily office operations. Ideal candidates should be detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Perform venipuncture and collect blood specimens Perform specimen collections and assist with collection procedures Assist with routine health screenings Prepare and label specimens for transport Assist with patient check-in and patient preparation Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Ensure proper inventory and supply restocking Follow infection control, HIPAA, and safety procedures Assist with administrative and front desk duties as needed Provide excellent customer service Requirements Phlebotomy certification required Comfortable performing venipuncture and specimen collection Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable transportation and punctuality Professional appearance and demeanor Preferred But Not Required Medical Assistant experience Occupational health experience Specimen collection experience Front desk or customer service experience Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Candidates with strong phlebotomy skills are encouraged to apply even if they do not have experience in all preferred areas.
