About Us Dr. Zedd Aesthetics is a Cosmetic Medical Center where clinical excellence meets intentional, client-centered care. We specialize in advanced cosmetic treatments delivered in a refined, structured environment where clients feel respected, informed, and genuinely cared for. Every detail — from consultation to follow-up — is handled with precision, professionalism, and presence. Position Overview We are hiring an experienced Medical Assistant with phlebotomy certification to support both clinical (back office) and client-facing (front office) operations. This role is ideal for someone with experience in a medspa, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic who can balance clinical accuracy with a polished client experience . You will work closely with the provider to ensure smooth daily flow, safe procedures, and a high-quality experience for every client. Key Responsibilities Clinical (Back Office): Perform phlebotomy / blood draws safely and confidently Assist with cosmetic and medical procedures Prepare and maintain treatment rooms Follow sterile technique and infection control protocols Document client care in EMR systems Manage clinical supplies and inventory Provide post-procedure instructions and follow-up support Front Office (as needed): Greet and check in clients with professionalism and warmth Support scheduling and consultation flow Educate clients on treatment preparation and next steps Assist with intake forms and consent documentation Maintain organized, polished front desk operations Qualifications Certified Medical Assistant ( Required ) Phlebotomy certification + experience (Required) 2+ years experience in medspa, aesthetic clinic, or dermatology Strong multitasking and organizational skills Professional, polished communication Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy
Pay:
From $19.00 per hour
