  • Full-time Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical office by providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires speak English and Spanish, strong organizational skills, proficiency in medical office management, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Input transcribed notes and other relevant data into electronic health record (EHR) systems. Edit for clarity and accuracy, ensuring compliance with medical terminology and standards. Manage patient records, schedule appointments, handle phone calls. Greet patients, answer inquiries, and provide information as needed. Maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Assist with insurance verification Utilize electronic health record systems such as (EMR) for patient data management. Process incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally, Perform other duties as assigned. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care. Handle tasks including filing, data entry. Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing. Experience Previous experience in a medical office setting. The manual processing of write by physicians and edit into text format. Understanding of medical terms, abbreviations, and acronyms. Accuracy in transcription and record-keeping. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients and staff. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadliness Experience with medical office management software is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a busy environment. Knowledge of privacy and security protocols. Proficency in medical record system (EMR) and basic computer applications.
