Possible Extension/Conversion Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM•3:30 PM |
Rotating Saturdays Work Arrangement:
Onsite Position Summary:
Seeking a Phlebotomist II to support patient specimen collection operations in a fast-paced Patient Service Center environment.
Background & Context:
Coverage required due to employee FMLA leave.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform specimen collection and phlebotomy activities. Support patient-facing services within PSC operations. Maintain data entry and documentation accuracy. Deliver excellent customer service. Work collaboratively with the team. Support pediatric and geriatric patient populations. Maintain productivity expectations of approximately 50 draws daily.
Qualification & Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of phlebotomy experience. Strong customer service skills. Data entry experience. Prior hospital experience preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting pediatric and geriatric patients. Ability to stand for long periods.
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
Standing approximately 90% of the shift. Team-based environment. No travel required.
Additional Information:
Contract to possible conversion. TB vaccination required.
