Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist Job Description:

We offer cutting-edge services including hormone optimization therapy and recovery therapy services tailored to each person's unique needs. Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that puts our clients' health and well-being first. We are interviewing full-time/part-time on-site roles for a Medical Assistant. The MA role will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including assisting clinicians with patient care, managing medical records and documentation, supporting daily office operations, and communicating effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals. Qualifications Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology skills Experience working in a medical office environment Patient Care skills, including phlebotomy Experience managing medical records and documentation Ability to communicate effectively with patients, team members, and other medical professionals Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification is required Other Job Duties May Include but are

Greet and communicate with clients Keep office in order Answer customers' questions and address concerns Answer incoming calls and redirect them, or take messages Check, sort, and forward emails Phlebotomy duties for clients Educate clients on Optimal Recovery Modalities Assist clients with utilizing Recovery Modalities Educate clients on various injection therapies Charting in
