Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated Patient Care Coordinators to join our
MOBILE UNIT
outpatient medical services team.

a must. This role is ideal for organized, adaptable professionals who work well in a paired, team-based environment and have worked with HIV/STD and IV drug abusers or health department. An ideal candidate is passionate about delivering public healthcare within communities to HIV/STD and IV drug abusers, deliver high-quality patient care across this community and surrounding counties in Florida. This position requires strong phlebotomy skills, flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively in dynamic care settings. Duties Perform basic health screenings and blood and urine specimen collection (phlebotomy experience required) Assist with patient intake, scheduling, follow-ups, and EMR/EHR documentation Work as part of a two-person care coordination team at community sites Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and quality of care Travel locally in mobile unit to support outpatient and community-based services Maintain professionalism and patient confidentiality in secure environments Qualifications 1+ year of experience in phlebotomy, medical assisting, or a related clinical field Phlebotomy/specimen collection experience required Knowledge of HIV/STD prevention, counseling, or risk assessment preferred Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills Comfortable working with diverse populations Ability and willingness work in a mobile unit Saturday availability A MUST Comfortable using EMR/EHR systems (or willing to learn) Demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and excellent interpersonal skills

This role requires drawing blood from multiple patients per day in mobile community settings. Are you comfortable performing 12+ venipunctures per day including tough sticks?
