Our team is dedicated to advancing medical research while providing exceptional patient care and maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance. We are looking for a full-time Phlebotomists and/or Medical Assistants to join our team. You will perform venipuncture, timed blood draws, specimen processing, and support study procedures while ensuring accurate documentation and a positive experience for our participants. This is an in-office role for someone with attention to detail, excellent patient care skills, and an interest in clinical research.
Qualifications:
Phlebotomy experience required; clinical research experience a plus Proficiency in specimen collection, processing, and labeling Experience with centrifugation, aliquoting, and shipment preparation preferred Familiarity with ICH/GCP guidelines and clinical research protocols preferred Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication Ability to work independently and as part of a research team
