Lab Assistant Pediatric Associates, LLP Braselton, GA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Qualifications Vascular access Certified Phlebotomy Technician Phlebotomy High school diploma or GED Pediatrics Full Job Description Pediatric Associates in Braselton, Georgia is looking for a full-time Lab assistant that can float between our Gainesville and Braselton locations as needed. Job duties include but are not limited to: Performing Capillary/Heel Sticks Performing Venipunctures on All Ages Preparing and Processing Patient Samples Performing Hearing and Vision screenings on age appropriate patients Completing competencies Ordering as well as obtaining Lab Results from Outside Reference Labs Communicating with Providers and Provider Assistants Performing Yearly Proficiency Testing Our goal is to create an inviting, friendly, and trusting atmosphere for our pediatric patients and their parents. Our normal operating hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday morning. During our busy season, there will be a later closing shift rotation. High School diploma and at least 1 year experience or phlebotomy certification preferred. Pediatric experience is a plus.
