Previous experience in high-volume outpatient or clinical laboratory settings. Demonstrated ability to provide calm, clear explanations of procedures to patients who may be anxious or unfamiliar with blood draws. Career-minded approach with an interest in long-term growth opportunities in roles such as coordinator, supervisor, or regional leadership.
