This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment where workload may vary day to day.

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 6:45 AM - 9:15 AM (approximately 2.5 hours per day) Weekly hours typically range from 10-15 hours, depending on patient volume and business needs.

Position Overview:

The Lab Phlebotomist plays a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient daily lab operations. This position requires someone who can stay productive, organized, and engaged, even during slower periods, while being ready to respond quickly when demand increases.

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily lab operations and patient flow Prepare, clean, and maintain lab areas and equipment Ensure supplies are stocked and organized Help meet daily volume goals Perform general administrative or support tasks as needed during slower periods

Qualifications:

Strong reliability and punctuality Ability to work independently and stay motivated Good organizational and time-management skills Comfortable adapting to changing workload and priorities Previous Phlebotomy and healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
