Job Description

HRK Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced mobile phlebotomist to provide blood draw services for a 48-bed mental health/detox facility in Johnston, IA. This is a Corp-to-Corp (C2C) subcontracting opportunity and is not a W-2 or individual 1099 position.
Location:
Johnston, IA (Mental Health/ Substance Abuse/Detox Facility, 48 beds)
Schedule:
Part-time/flexible - 3-5 draws/day approx. 3x/week
Compensation:
$25-30/hr depending on experience

Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on patients at multiple client sites Travel between assigned facilities according to a daily schedule Ensure proper patient identification and specimen labeling Maintain compliance with all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards Provide professional, compassionate patient interaction, particularly within detox facility settings Requirements 2-3 years of recent Phlebotomy experience required Active Iowa CPT certification Mobile/facility phlebotomy experience preferred Reliable transportation Professional liability insurance preferred Must operate through an established business entity (LLC, Corporation, or similar) for Corp-to-Corp engagement Must be able to provide W-9 and applicable business documentation Preferred Qualifications Experience working with detox or mental health patient populations Familiarity with mobile phlebotomy or multi-site environments AJ123
