In this role, you'll visit patients in the field, perform phlebotomy, take vitals, assist with medications, and support provider-directed care plans—all while helping close gaps in care for patients with chronic conditions.
Qualifications:
Medical Assistant Certificate and/or Phlebotomy Certification 1+ years of experience (3+ preferred), ideally with chronically ill or geriatric patients Proficient with EMR systems,
Microsoft Word & Excel Valid Driver's License Skills:
Venipuncture and capillary collection Strong documentation and organizational skills Excellent communication and problem-solving Ability to collect and prepare specimens for the lab accurately
