Job Description

Job Summary Phlebotomist should be able to draw blood and administer vaccines. Deliver exceptional patient care where you will provide hands-on support to healthcare provider, assist with patient intake, perform clinical procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment where patients feel cared for and valued. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly, verify their information Measure vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration Prepare patients for examinations by documenting medical histories & updating records Assist healthcare provider during procedures Support outpatient care by managing patient flow, organizing medical supplies, and maintaining clinical cleanliness Document clinical notes accurately using medical terminology and ICD coding standards to ensure compliance and proper billing Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing intake forms, and maintaining organized medical records Skills Ability to perform clinical procedures such as vital signs collection & medication administration Familiarity with ICD coding standards for diagnosis documentation and billing accuracy Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including geriatrics Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
