Job Overview We are currently seeking dedicated and professional Mobile Examiners / Phlebotomists to join our contractor team on a 1099 basis. This position offers flexible, remote opportunities for individuals with a background in laboratory procedures, patient care, and specimen collection. As a Mobile Examiner / Phlebotomist, you will perform blood sampling and other clinical assessments at various locations, ensuring accurate specimen collection and patient service while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Conduct blood draws through venipuncture and other specimen collection techniques following established laboratory procedures. Obtain vital signs and perform basic physiological assessments in accordance with clinical protocols. Ensure all specimens are properly labeled, processed, and transported according to laboratory techniques and safety guidelines. Provide excellent patient service by communicating clearly, respecting patient needs, and maintaining a professional demeanor throughout each interaction. Maintain strict aseptic technique during specimen collection to prevent contamination or infection. Document all procedures accurately using medical terminology and relevant documentation systems. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper disposal of biohazard materials and infection control practices. Requirements Proven experience in laboratory procedures, phlebotomy, or clinical laboratory settings. Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology. Prior hospital or healthcare facility experience is highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in venipuncture, blood sampling, and specimen processing. Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations. Familiarity with vital signs measurement, aseptic technique, and infection control protocols. Ability to work independently as a contractor on a flexible schedule while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism. $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
