Job Description

Busy Family Practice Clinic is adding Full-time Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist to the team! Must have Medical Assistant experience and proven phlebotomy skills, certification preferred. This position will perform all blood draws for clinic patients, and will assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed. Must have excellent communication skills, professional presentation, a strong work ethic, proven track record of good attendance and punctuality, and a willingness to work as a team and assist where needed. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program and Phlebotomy program. MA registry or certification preferred, and Phlebotomy certification strongly preferred. Basic Life Support certification required. At least one year of experience in a medical office preferred, medical terminology and EMR experience.
