Location:
Lexington Mobiles Description:
Seeking Phlebotomist to assist volunteer donors while completing registration, medical screening, and phlebotomy processes. Travel regularly with a team to various sites within Kentucky.Hours & Training Program:
Monday- Friday (block schedule with varying hours, and regular Sundays off). Schedule to be assigned after completion of approximately 10
- 12 weeks of training which will occur Monday
- Friday but may not be consecutive.
Note:
There will be times when employees will be required to work on days that are not within their normal schedules due to special events, when shift coverage otherwise dictates, or as a result of business needs.Pay:
$18.50- $20.
Work Environment:
This position is very physical and regularly involves the following: Lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds when loading and unloading or restocking. Carrying equipment up and downstairs. Regularly setting up and breaking down equipment at various locations. Travel by vehicle to/from blood drive sites. Occasional work at donor centers. Standing and walking for long periods of time.Requirements:
High school diploma/equivalent. Related training and education a plus. Basic MS Office skills with the ability to effectively navigate web-based applications and systems. Must possess excellent customer service skills, reliability, professionalism, and the ability to easily learn new skills, and follow standard operating procedures. Must work well with others and demonstrate a desire to effectively interact with the public. Have a strong, stable work history. Pre-employment background check, and drug screen are required. Proof of education/certifications required during the interview process.
